These terms apply to purchases from our store alongside the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over any inconsistent term.
Ordering and payment
Provide accurate contact, delivery and order details and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. The person placing an order must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract; an adult should place orders for children.
PROPOSED CONTRACT FORMATION: An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We accept a standard order when we confirm dispatch, or a personalized order when we expressly confirm acceptance for production. We will make this distinction clear in our communications.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of availability, a genuine listing error or a payment issue, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Payments for orders we cancel will be refunded.
Prices and checkout
The currency, price, available payment methods and charges shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Taxes and shipping collected by us are disclosed before payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency conversion or transaction fees.
Changes to future prices do not alter an accepted order without your agreement. Import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
Product descriptions and sizing
Read the product description, measurement guide and options before ordering. Screen settings may affect displayed colors, but this does not excuse a material difference from the agreed product.
For personalized orders, check the design, spelling, measurements and specifications before approving production. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match the agreement. If you need help with sizing, contact us before placing the order.
Product use and certification
A product's racing-inspired appearance, logos or category name does not establish protective performance or certification. Do not assume that an item is fire-resistant, FIA/SFI approved, homologated or suitable for competitive motorsport without current, product-specific documentation.
Before using apparel or accessories for motorsport, confirm the product's documented intended use and your organizer's requirements. Contact us for supporting information before purchase if certification is essential. This clause does not remove our responsibility for accurate product claims or safe products.

Custom artwork and third-party rights
Only supply artwork or logos that you own or have permission to reproduce. Permission to use submitted artwork is limited to producing your order; separate permission is needed to use your design or photographs in our marketing.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. A reference to a driver, team or brand does not by itself establish endorsement or affiliation. Riches Hue does not claim ownership of third-party marks. Any authorization or licensing claim must be accurate and supported.
Delivery, returns and problems
Our Shipping Policy explains preparation, transit, tracking and delivery issues. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellations, exchanges and remedies. Contact us with your order number if something goes wrong so we can investigate and respond.
Events outside our reasonable control may affect performance. We will communicate material delays and preserve applicable cancellation and refund rights.
Website use and privacy
Do not use the store for fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution or infringement of another person's rights. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Using the store is not blanket consent to optional advertising cookies or all marketing.
Rights, disputes and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, negligence causing personal injury, defective goods or mandatory consumer remedies.
