When we accept returns

Riches Hue accepts returns when an item is damaged. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges for customer-selected sizing, color preferences or simply no longer wanting an item.

This policy does not limit rights under applicable law. Customers may still be entitled to a remedy for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or to a statutory cancellation right even where the item is not damaged.

Reporting damage

Email richeshueofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage and photographs of the item and packaging where available. You can also contact us at +44 7473 953185.

Please report damage promptly after delivery and retain the packaging while we assess the issue. Photographs help us investigate but are not an absolute condition for exercising legal rights. We do not impose a short reporting deadline that removes those rights.

We will review the information and explain the next steps. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return arrangements and remedies

PROPOSED: Where damage occurred before delivery or is our responsibility, Riches Hue covers reasonable necessary return shipping. Contact us before purchasing a return label so we can arrange shipping or agree reimbursement.

After assessment, we will provide an appropriate refund, replacement or repair in accordance with your legal rights. We will not require you to accept a replacement where you are legally entitled to a refund.

Our voluntary policy does not cover damage caused after delivery by misuse, accidents, improper washing or alterations. This does not exclude an underlying defect or any remedy required by law.
